This painting was made as a salute to the small but very important moments in life. The moments of self care. To me, self care can be sitting down for a few moments with a good book in my hand and a coffee in the other. Words can give life. Words can make our heart prosper. And when it happens it sure is beautiful. (Make sure to choose a good book. My fave is the Bible ;)
